By placing an order with Crystaline Mars, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are over 18 years of age, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute Crystaline Mars acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you.
Prior to Crystaline Mars acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. Crystaline Mars reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Crystaline Mars, for any reason whatsoever. Crystaline Mars reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, Crystaline Mars shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Crystaline Mars shall refund your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Crystaline Mars reserves the right to make changes to pricing and specifications without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you. Products are available while supplies last. All prices and products advertised are subject to change. All prices displayed on the Network are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Crystaline Mars is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of its customers. We proudly offer shipping services by partnering with third party service providers. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
Provided the product you purchased are in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 3-5 days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once an order is processed, the shipping method you chose will determine when you receive your order. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order.
All orders for our product are processed and shipped out in 2-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Lost/Stolen Packages

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
*We are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. For LOST or STOLEN packages please contact your local USPS office and request a trace on your package. If an unclaimed packaged has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. Crystaline Mars is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather such as a natural catastrophic events.
All Sales are final. We do not accept returns nor do we issue any refunds. Please review cart before checking out to prevent any mistakes.
